
Authentic. That’s the word heard over and over when women describe Anita Lustrea. She is a popular speaker at women’s conferences and retreats, and an amazing communicator as co-host of the award-winning Midday Connection broadcast on Moody Radio. Her deep desire is to communicate freedom to women and help them nurture and care for their soul. Anita is also the co-editor of and contributor to Daily Seeds from Women Who Walk in Faith and Come to Our Table: A Midday Connection Cookbook. Anita and her husband, Mike Murphy, a pastor, along with her teenage son John live in the Chicago suburbs.
Melinda Schmidt is co-host of Moody Radio's Midday Connection, a live, call-in program for women that focuses on growing the whole person. She was also one of the first co-hosts, with Jim Warren, of Moody Radio’s national program, Prime Time America. After graduating from Moody Bible Institute as a Communications-Broadcasting major, Melinda received a bachelor's in Broadcasting and Bible from Calvary Bible College. She is co-editor of and contributor to Daily Seeds from Women Who Walk in Faith and Come to Our Table: A Midday Connection Cookbook. Melinda and her husband, Dave, are parents of two young adults and live in Chicago's western suburbs.
Mindy Caliguire is founder of Soul Care, a spiritual formation ministry. She serves as a frequent speaker and leadership consultant, working with local churches and national groups such as the Spiritual Formation Alliance, Renovare, The Upper Room, and the Willow Creek Association. Her books include the new Soul Care Series: Discovering Soul Care, Spiritual Friendship, Soul Searching, and Simplicity, and Write for Your Soul: The Whys and Hows of Journaling (with Jeff Caliguire). She and her family are members at Willow Creek Community Church and make their home in Algonquin, IL.
